Steven Mitchell Green, age 54 of Smyrna, TN, passed away on July 13th, 2023 at 07:41PM.

Steven was born on December 11th, 1968, to mother Jaime Cowley and father Roger Green Sr in Tianan, Taiwan at the Air Force military base. Steven was a wild child, jokester, and loving “Mama’s Boy.”

Steven graduated with his GED and continued his education to eventually open his own Handy Man Services in plumbing. In 1994 Steven married Ada Newsom and they went on to have one child, Lindsey Green. Steven was legally divorced at time of death.

Steven was a beloved father who enjoyed spending time with his daughter going on seafood lunch dates together, playing with his grandchildren and bringing them candy, watching true crime television, and telling jokes making others laugh.

Steven was predeceased by his mother, Jaime Cowley and sister, Kelly Green. Steven is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Green and her fiancé Joshua Pope along with his grandchildren Adalynne Pope, Ryan Pope and Noah Pope. Stevens surviving siblings are Roger Green Jr, Sean Green, Jacqueline Green, Cheryl Deener, Georgette Pena, and Sarina Crill along with multiple nieces and nephews.

Respecting Stevens wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services following. Steven will be cremated with a private family memorial held at a later date still to be determined by the family.
