Phyllis Mary Topper, age 67, a Cincinnati Ohio native was born July 11, 1951 and passed January 11, 2019 at Magnolia nursing home in Columbia Tennessee following an extended illness.
She enjoyed cooking, painting and crafts.
Preceded in death by her parents Frank and Muriel (Sprang) Closterman.
Survivors include daughter Tammy Sue Topper of Columbia Tennessee, son Joseph Lee (Rennie) Topper of McMinnville Tennessee, One brother John Oliver Closterman of Batesville Indiana, and two grandchildren Iasonas Trakakas-Topper of Columbia Tennessee and Taylor Topper of McMinnville Tennessee.
Alternative Cremation & Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
