Patsy Ann Whitaker of Madison, Tennessee

Patsy Ann Whitaker, 74, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2021, in Nashville, Tennessee, after a valiant battle with cancer. Patsy Ann Whitaker was born on August 23, 1946 to John and Evelyn Doss in Jeffersonville, IN. Patsy’s spent her childhood as an Okinawa-based Army brat. Patsy met Roy E. Hogan and she and Roy lived and raised their family in Roundhill, Kentucky. Patsy will be remembered by many as a selfless property manager who lovingly placed at‑risk families in stable homes for over twenty years. Patsy was also an expert upholsterer, taking joy in giving new life to old treasures of every kind. Patsy lived life fully bringing humor, compassion, love and a unique perspective to all who were blessed to know her.

Patsy is survived by her son, Robert “Roby” Eugene Hogan; grandchildren, Sarah Ashley Hogan and Robert Eugene Hogan, Jr.; and many other family members and friends.
