Patricia Sanders Johnson of Franklin, Tennessee

Patricia Sanders Johnson, age 73, died peacefully after extended illness, October 19, 2019. Born in Nashville, TN April 9, 1946, she was the daughter of Jean Dusenberry Sanders and Dan S. Sanders, Jr., M.D. She attended Parmer School, Harpeth Hall, and Centre College.

Preceded in death by her parents, aunt and uncle, Martha Word Sanders Armistead, Wilson Buckner Armistead, and cousin Steve B. Armistead, she is survived by her daughter Katherine J. Reljac (David) of Richmond, KY, son Andrew S. Johnson of Eufaula, AL, grandchildren Michael and Amelia Reljac and Jacob Johnson, brother Dan S. Sanders, III, M.D. (Beverly), sister Carol Sanders of Torrance, CA and cousins George H. Armistead, III and Margaret Eve Minshall, nephews Dan Knudson, Dan S. Sanders, IV, Martin Sanders, and niece Anne Sanders Bradley (Clay).

Pat lived her life with a genuinely sweet heart, strong faith, and a wonderful sense of humor. Her family extends warmest appreciation to the staff and her friends at NHC Franklin. Her burial will be at Eastern Star Cemetery in Sewanee, TN.
