Norman Sidney Rogers of Old Hickory, Tennessee

December 31, 1954 - January 28, 2022

Norman Sidney “Sid” Rogers, age 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28 2022 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital.  He was born December 31, 1954. He graduated from DuPont High School in 1972.  He recently retired from I.A.T.S.E Local 46 as a Stagehand.  He had also worked at DuPont and Sunbeam.  He is proceeded in death by his parents, Norman “Doc” Rogers and Mildred (Prosser) Rogers.  He is survived by his wife Gayle Rogers, Son’s Jason Rogers (Lynea), Dustin Mason and daughter Teresa Mason.  Grandchildren: Alyssa Rogers, Aubree Rogers, Chloe Mason, Christian Mason, Xander Gammon, Malcolm Johnson and King Johnson.  He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends.  He loved spending time with family & loving on his grandkids and watching them play sports.  He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and watching UT Vols football and Atlanta Braves baseball. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Cornerstone Nashville located at 726 W. Old Hickory Blvd, Madison, Tn.  Visitation will begin at 11:00am with services to follow at 1:00pm.
