Malcolm Ralph Roden

October 18, 1961 - September 14, 2018

Malcolm Ralph ("Pete") Roden, age 56, passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018, after a short illness. Pete was predeceased by his parents, William Henry Roden and Mildred Katherine (Greggs) Roden, brothers Ray Roden and David Adams, and sisters Carolyn Roden and Betty Adams. He is survived by his long time companion, Karen Crabtree, sister, Kathy Roden Banks, of Murfreesboro, brothers, Wade (Clara) Adams of Milton, Rick (Reba) Adams and Gary Roden, both of Murfreesboro, and sister-in-law, Brenda Adams (David, deceased), of Readyville. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, a few great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who loved him.

Pete attended Kittrell School, Lascassas School and Oakland High School.

Pete's wishes were to be cremated. A celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date.

The family wishes to thank Alive Hospice for their compassionate and loving care during Pete's final days. The family also wishes to extend a special thank you to Karen Crabtree for the many years she helped care for Pete.
