Lee Enoch Abernathy of Nashville, Tennessee

April 24, 1979 - October 7, 2023

Lee Enoch Abernathy, age 44, of Nashville, TN, passed away on October 7, 2023, after a long battle with melanoma. She will be missed by her family and friends from around the world.

Lee was a graduate of Saint Cecilia Academy, The University of South Carolina, and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lee’s lifelong passions were experiencing new cultures and traveling around the world helping people. She studied Spanish in Argentina and worked with the Peace Corps in Bolivia and Turkmenistan. Lee taught English in Cambodia and South Korea. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Lee continued to assist others by working for the State of North Carolina, the Veterans Administration in California, and FiftyForward in Nashville.

Visitation with family and friends will be on Sunday, November 5 from 2:00-4:00pm at The Pavilion at Harpeth Hills located at 9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221.
