Jerry Wayne Furlough

July 26, 1964 - April 22, 2024

Jerry passed away in the early morning hours on April 22, 2024, after 2 long years of fighting end stage renal failure.

Jerry was a rebel to the end and fought hard, but he was ready to meet Jesus and see everyone who had gone before him.

Jerry loved his family and friends to the core of his being. One could always find Jerry selling a pocket knife, or taking care of his roosters before he was not able to do so.

Jerry in his last days was happy to see his son Taylor, his long time friend Rickey, his favorite preacher and friend Keith and his cousin Mitchell.

He was loved by his wife and caregiver Cindy.

His family appreciates the love and care Accent hospice gave to him. Thank you Hannah, Lyn, and Kim. A special thank you to his stepson Josh Johnson who took great care of him. Thank you to the Crist family, and Jessie Miller.  To everyone who was involved in his journey the past 2 years thank you.

Jerry would tell anyone that even if you had a terrible past, that you can be loved and he was.
