Jacob Franklin Magruder, age one year, ten months and seventeen days, gently passed away at home into the arms of Jesus while in his mother’s arms with his father kneeling in front of him on March 25, 2024.
Jacob is the son of Jeff and Ginger Magruder of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He was the second answer to their prayers as they waited for his birth with joyful expectations. During his brief visit on earth, “Jakie” enjoyed snuggling with and getting kisses from his mother, being spun around by his father, playing with his big brother John-Newton, listening to birdies and music, playing in the bathtub, and looking at and smelling flowers with a special joy for hydrangeas.
Jacob will forever be deeply loved by his surviving parents, big brother, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins, special friends, and by all whom had the joy of meeting him. Jacob will eternally remain his parents’ precious baby and John-Newton’s little brother and they receive great comfort knowing that they will get to hold and play with him again one day in heaven.
