Henrietta Kay Zimmerle of Chapel Hill, Tennessee

August 28, 1962 - July 15, 2020

Henrietta Kay Zimmerle, 57, of Chapel Hill, TN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at her home.  Cremation is being handled by Alternative Cremation in Franklin, Tennessee.  There will not be any funeral services however, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Kay was born in Evansville, Indiana to parents Charles William and Lillian Jenell Zimmerle.

Kay was a Culinary Artist who worked at Belle Meade Country Club and Opry Land Hotel during her career.  She showed these skills at many family gatherings.  Her home was warm and inviting and was shared with her furry friend, Nell. Her interests were reading, writing, listening to her music and watching old movies.  She will be sadly missed by all.

Kay is preceded in death by her parents Charles William and Lillian Jenell Zimmerle.

Kay is survived by her sons, Steven Mack and wife Desiree Holladay, Dickson, Tennessee; and Brian Henry Hurley, Chapel Hill, Tennessee; daughter, Katherine Jenell David, Brentwood, Tennessee; granddaughters, Alexis Hope Rippons and Trinity Chloe Holladay; grandson, Harold Mack Holladay; brother, James W. Zimmerle, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sisters, Charlotte Hurt, Flower Mound, Texas; Amy Eady, Signal Mtn., Tennessee; Petronia and Jim McFerrin, Hermitage, Tennessee; Elise and Chip Pearson, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; Darlene Blackwell, Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Frances McClintock, Unionville, Tennessee; adopted brother, George and Janet Kerekes, Ridge, New York, and many nieces and nephews.
