Gerald M. Hofer

April 7, 1965 - April 1, 2017

At the age of 51, Gerald Hofer joined his mother, Joan Easterly; his father, Ralph Hofer; and his daughter, Lisa Marie, in Heaven. He was a loving and simple man, old-fashioned gentleman, and a family man who knew how to enjoy life. He loved and enjoyed NASCAR, the great outdoors, camping, fishing, shooting, and of course the beach, rollercoaster rides, baseball, bowling, football, golf, hockey, racing, and all sports and games. He also love BBQing, bonfires, cooking, gardening, gambling, and joking around. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed his family, and he was a good provider. He was a very hard worker, always putting 110% into his job. He was always willing to help others.
He is loved by his wife and companion, Jennifer (Skylar & Tyler); his son, Michael (Katie) Hofer; his grandchildren, Lillian and Weston; his sister, Susanne Myhrberg; his brother, Jason Hargis; his mom, Karen Hofer; and other family members and friends too numerous to name.
He was able to finish his bucket list and had a life well-lived.
