George Joseph Finch, 65, of Williamson County, passed away on August 29th, 2022. Mr. Finch was a retiree of General Motors after over 30 years of service. He was relocated from Tarrytown, New York to Spring Hill, Tn.
In his high school years, he played football wearing the No. 39 as did his late brother Jon Finch and George’s late son, Matthew Francis Finch. George’s favorite football team was the Miami Dolphins. He was a true and devoted fan. His interests also included working out and the wrestling world. He was always happy to share his knowledge, time, and attention with anyone. He never met a stranger. He was a great story teller, sharing captivating stories and jokes to any listener willing to make the time. If ever in need, George was the person to call. He frequently donated blood, was the unofficial "handyman", and would sacrifice himself for anyone in need. He will forever be loved and missed. We Love You George To The Moon And Back. He was preceded in death by his son Matthew Francis Finch, his brothers Jonathan Finch and Glenn Skip Finch, sisters Rosemary Bell and Terry Finch, his nephew Michael Bell, niece Casey Lee Adams, father Glenn Finch, and his mother Alice Rose Finch.
He’s survived by his Lifetime Love, Miriam Reynaga, his step children, Marivet Reynaga, Michael Reynaga, Samuel Reynaga, his grandchildren which with he had the most special and healing bonds with. George's surviving siblings Joann Owen, Stephanie Adams, and Jamie Finch.
