Erma Brindley

April 1, 1932 - April 7, 2016

Erma Floyd Tubbs Brindley, 84 of Paducah, passed away at 7:53 PM Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
She was a CNA and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ, pastorship Bishop Erby Reed.
She is survived by four daughters, Verna Hon (Tony) of New Liberty, KY, Dorothy Lindsey (Tommy) of Paducah, Charlene Baker of Paducah, Louise Gasper of Indiana, one son, Ernest "Ernie" Tubbs (Brenda) of Paducah, one step-son, Rev. Jimmy Brindley (Linda) of Russellville, KY, two sisters, Charlotte Norwood (Bobby) and Bertha Mannon (Claudie) both of Paducah, three brothers, Paul Floyd (Cathy) of Paducah and Wayne Floyd (Jeanie) of Hickory, KY and William David Floyd, 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Martha G. Graham Floyd, first husband, Charles Tubbs, second husband, Bobby Brindley, two sons, Charles Tubbs Jr. and Andy Tubbs, three daughters, Erma Lenora Tubbs, Lynnabeth Tubbs and Maudine Tubbs, one grandson, Andy Tubbs Jr., two sisters, Rose Mary Floyd and Anna Virginia Floyd and two brothers, Jack Floyd and Henry Floyd.
Funeral services will be Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Bridge Street Lighthouse Church, Rev. Tony Davison officiating. Entombment will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour of 2:00 PM at the church.
