Dolores Ann Hall

September 5, 1960 - March 19, 2024

Dolores “Dee” Hall, age 63, passed into the arms of the Lord on March 19, 2024. Dee was born on September 5, 1960 to proud parents G. W. and Julia Poole. As the baby of her family, Dee was loved and doted on by her parents, four older brothers, and all who knew her. She strived to live her life for the honor and glory of the Lord. She wed Ragan Hall, the love of her life, in a small ceremony on August 15, 1987. Ragan and Dee co-parented his three children from a previous marriage, Desiree (Jonathan) Hall, Dusty (Brandy) Hall, and Deidra (Don) Parsons. The light of her life and greatest joy were her loving husband and precious grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Dee is preceded in death by her loving parents, G.W. and Julia Poole, and her brother, Donald Poole. She often spoke of the joy of Heaven. We can only imagine the celebration they enjoyed at being reunited.

She is survived by her devoted husband, her three step-children, her four grandchildren, her loving brothers, Ronald (Beth) Poole, Gary (Sherrie) Poole, and Randel (Debbie) Poole, and her brothers’ beautiful families that include an amazing group of 16 nieces and nephews and 15 great-nieces and great-nephews. Favorite memories include the special care Dee took to include everyone during Christmas celebrations. Her nieces and nephews could always look forward to her thoughtful and unique Christmas gifts. She loved to bake cookies, scratch-made cinnamon rolls, divinity which was a favorite of her daughter, and fruit cakes that her husband loved. Dee was active in the women’s ministry at First Baptist Church of Portland, TN. She believed in love of God, Family, and Country. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted

Virtuous Woman from Proverbs 31

A good woman is hard to find, and worth far more than diamonds. Her children respect and bless her. The woman to be admired and praised is the woman who lives in the Fear-of-God. Give her everything she deserves! Decorate her life with praises! A Mother grows more precious as time goes by.
