David Lee Hopkins of Murfreesboro, Tennessee

April 7, 1950 - January 30, 2021

David, age 70, passed away peacefully at Alive Hospice, Murfreesboro, TN.  He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly & Kristina Hopkins; sisters, Lois Goehring and Lynette Gomez; and brothers Kevin & Mike Hopkins.  David is preceded in death by son, Benjamin; mother, Viola; father, Leslie; and sisters, Elaine, Barbara and Karen.  David proudly served in the Unites States Air Force and retired after 21 years of service.  He enjoyed the opportunity to see other parts of the world that the Military life provided.  Special thank you to Tammy and Lauren for watching out for him.  He appreciated everything that you did for him.  He will be greatly missed by family and friends.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made his name to the American Cancer Society or the Wounded Warrior Project.
