Barry Glenn White

December 11, 1962 - December 18, 2017

A Celebration of Life will be held for Barry (Glenn) White, 55, of LaVergne, Tennessee who passed away from this life on December 18 from an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Patrick White and Glenda Hannah White. He is survived by his sisters, Debbie White of LaVergne, TN; Brenda (Terry) Miller of Bristol, TN; Wendy White (Wayne Tandy) of Murfreesboro, TN and a brother, Jimmy (Nicki) White of Smyrna, TN. He is also survived by nephews, David (Tori) Miller, Ryan Miller (fiance' Ashley Sampson), Scottie Miller, J.D. (Kelsie) White, Christopher Pearce, Cole Pearce, and Gavin Myer, and nieces, Anna White, Briana Tandy and Diana Shields, great-nieces Makenzie Miller, Karmen Pearce, Kayla Miller, and Addison Parker, and great-nephews, Jaxon Miller and Cayden Shields. He was very involved in sports for many years, coaching both boys and girls in baseball, softball, basketball, and football. A Celebration of Life will be held at Lifepoint Church, Smyrna Campus, on January 6, from 10am - 12:30pm. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to The Miracle Field of Murfreesboro (615-890-5333). This will only be a gathering to get together and share stories of Barry. We would also apprciate it if anyone could share copies of pictures.
